This is a professional position providing clinical supervision, staff and program development, and implementation for its clinical program. This position will provide supervision of staff performing individual, group, and family counseling; assessments, including diagnosis, crisis intervention and case management; skill for working with youth possessing mental health needs and/or chemically dependent youth, and provide leadership in developing the skills of other clinical staff.  This position may also perform clinical services as needed.

Minimum Requirements
The following educational requirements are acceptable for this classification including:
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervisory endorsement and a declared scope of practice of alcohol and drug addiction counseling and licensed to perform clinical supervision; OR
Licensed Independent Social Worker with supervisory endorsement and a declared scope of practice of alcohol and drug addiction counseling and licensed to perform clinical supervision.
Other Qualifications:
At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Criminal clearances (specific State & child clearances and, if necessary, FBI).
Non-communicable diseases physical exam.
Valid driver's license from employee’s state of residence.
Valid registered vehicle insurance.
